About Me

 

 

Welcome to Stay FIT with Stasi! My name is Anastasia (Stasi) and I live and breathe fitness. I majored in Exercise Science, specifically Strength and Conditioning, and minored in Dance. I attended East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania and shortly after, started my fitness career at Equinox Fitness Club in Paramus. I was able to excel as an Exercise Professional at Equinox after finishing Tier 3 classes and working with a wide range of clients. I now work for Alpha Fit Club coaching group fitness classes!

Growing up I was always interested in fitness, but I started taking my journey more seriously after I gained 30 pounds in a single semester of college. At the time, I was struggling to lose weight and maintain a happy, healthy lifestyle but I found fitness to be the outlet I needed.

I look to fitness to feel stronger mentally and physically, but also to escape to a world that brings me so much joy. I used to dance hip-hop competitively and I have been working towards becoming a better athlete every day since. 

I am amazed with the way health and fitness can bring me so much happiness and stability in my life and I want to share that with all of you.

It is my mission to help people find the confidence within themselves to be the strong warrior they can be. I want to be a light in your lives and align with every aspect of it, whether it’s through workouts, nutrition or making other healthy lifestyle choices. So, join the team and let’s

Personal Training

 

 

Personal training will give you the opportunity to work 1:1 with me to help you reach your goals. If you live in the NJ area, we can train in-person together but if not, you also have the option to work virtually with me! All personal training packages are a minimum of twice a week, either one-hour sessions or half-hour sessions.

We will have an initial assessment to figure out what your specific needs are based on an FMS (Functional Movement Screen) and how we can use that to efficiently get there. I will be guiding you through your entire journey from start to finish. We will work on your exercise technique, execution, and overall movement to help you build your confidence along with nutritional guidance for an overall healthy lifestyle.

Virtual Group Classes

 

 

Join my virtual zoom group fitness classes each week! Our class list includes: high-intensity interval training (HIIT), cardio, abs, strength, and even hip-hop tabata. These classes will keep you motivated and feeling accomplished every single time! You will be able to feel the community setting while working out with others from the convenience of your own home! Guided Fitness

Program

 

 

The Guided Fitness Program will give you the tools you need to train on your own for an entire month with my guidance! I will write a personalized workout plan for you to follow and we will check-in weekly for 15 mins to discuss any questions or concerns from the week. You will be able complete this program from your own home or local gym. This program will help you stay focused, build healthy habits, and keep you accountable from start to finish.
